Top 5 Gifts For The CrossFitter on Your List

Top 5 Gift #5

This one might seem a little obvious, but I will be the first to tell you from experience, the freebie they got with the purchase of a 5 gallon bucket of protein is under a car seat. It got filled with a post workout shake that was downed in about ten seconds and now sits under the driver seat waiting to deliver an olfactory knock-out punch if opened. This shaker is hight quality, its got a metal finish, holds up well in the dishwasher and is much less likely to go to an early grave. I personally use mine every day and make sure that it is one of the first things that make it out of the truck after the gym.

Gift #4

This is the one they probably don't have and definitely need. Resistance bands not only help with learning the high skilled acrobatics likely to come up in a CrossFit WOD, but also double and even triple as injury prevention tools as well as strength building implements. This kit offers everything he or she will need to get their stretch on at home or in the gym. It comes with a door jam stop to use the bands with the included handles at the house, but they can also throw it in their gym bag and have it to help them crush that 2021 goal of busting out high-rep sets of pull-ups. Trust me when I say this is the one thing that most CrossFitters know they need but won't buy themselves.

Gift #3

Okay, at first glance a non CrossFit enthusiast would not understand this one. It is just a jump rope, right? Well, that is because if you aren't in the box 6 days a week, you don't know the pain of double-unders. Both mental, and physical pain. This RPM Session 4 rope is designed to help alleviate those pains. It is made specifically, and purposely with the CrossFit athlete in mind. It is easily the most popular jump rope in CrossFit boxes around the world. Nobody likes using the ropes hanging on the wall, they don't fit right, they have usually been almost tied in knots to shorten them, they just are not ideal. But if you do find one on the peg board at the gym you like, you have to get to class a day early to reserve it. Do your fitness freak a favor, help them conquer double-unders for Christmas.

Gift #2

These little handy dandy devices have taken the fitness community by storm over the last couple years. Everybody wants one and almost nobody has one. The hardest thing about owning one is keeping other people from hogging it. I don't know what kind of magic power these things transfer into sore muscles and joints, buts its almost miracle like. I have never had a sore muscle or knee pain go away faster than I have after using this thing for about 5 minutes. This one comes with a carrying case and multiple implements for different muscles and joints. Recovery is really important to an everyday athlete and these massage guns are a key component. This one also has a coupon code available right now.

Gift #1

The world of fitness trackers has gotten HUGE. They come in all kinds of shapes, sizes, and placements. My personal favorite kind is the one I'm likely to wear all the time. That is almost certainly a watch. Some of the most popular options are specific to a type of phone, or they require a subscription. Garmin isn't beholden to either and is why I think it makes the perfect gift. That isn't the only reason though. I also happen to believe it is the most reliable and offers the greatest amount of usable information. The Garmin app is amazing in comparison to others. This device can double as a smart watch for both Apple and Android users as well.
